The Pet Vet Animal Hospital at 4520 Heights is on the north (westbound) feeder road of I-10 between North Shepherd and Patterson Street. It was the first of the Pet Vet facilities, established in 1976. The present building provides about 3,000 sq. ft. of floor space and was constructed in 1982 and remodeled in 1998.

Dr. Susan Matlock, D.V.M.
Dr. Doug Williams
Doctor Williams graduated from the American School in London in 1976. From there he went to Texas A & M University and graduated in 1980 with a BS in Biomedical Science and in 1984 as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. He worked at King Blvd. Animal Hospital prior to joining Pet Vet in 1987. Dr. Williams enjoys landscaping and keeping fit by running.
